GLASS
All lanterns shipped with clear glass, except series 1500
or 1700. When ordering 1500 or 1700 specify white or caramel glass in the
comments field. Seedy marine glass (SMG) and clear seedy glass (CSG) is
available in all fixtures, add 10%. Exception: Any fixture with angle cut
glass for SMG or CSG, i.e. series 1000, 2200, 7600, or 7700. Call or
e-mail us for pricing.
SOCKETS
Three Light = Three Candelabra Sockets; Two Light = 2 Candelabra Sockets;
1 Light = 1 Candelabra Socket, 60 Watt Maximum Each
Medium = Medium base Socket, 75 Watt Maximum Each
SOCKET COVERS
Exterior fixtures with candelabra socket come standard with cream color
PLASTIC covers. PAPER DRIP covers are available. BEESWAX Covers are available.
25 Watt bulb maximum
MATERIALS
All lanterns are made in New Hampshire by American Craftsmen using
solid brass and copper. All fixtures are UL Listed.

Series Size
Type
Series: Usually the design or the top of the fixture; refer to pictures.
Size: Measurements are given as Width, Extension and Height.
Type:
1 = Wall Mount
2 = Hanging Fixture (includes 10 in. Chain and Canopy)
3 = Post Mount (3 in. Standard Fitter)
4 = Flush Mount Ceiling Fixture
5 = Special Wall Mount
P = Pendant (24" Standard; add $10.00 extra per
foot)
LEAD TIMES
Most of our lighting products are made to order to your specifications in finish, glass, and bulb configurations. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.
GUARANTEE
The Copper House guarantees its products to be free of defects in workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase; this warranty does not apply to
any product that has been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, painted,
or otherwise abused.
NON-STANDARD/CUSTOM
Quote on Request. Send details and number desired. Minimum for non-standard
-- $30 additional.
RETURNS
No return without authorization. If size is not proper, lights may
be exchanged for larger or smaller. Charge for shipping. Custom fixtures
are non-refundable.
CLAIMS
We are not responsible for shipping damage. File your claim immediately
with the carrier. Do not accept damaged cartons; no replacement made until
settled with carrier if sent freight prepaid. GLASS IS NOT
INSURABLE.
MISCELLANEOUS
7" Mercury Reflector (can be used with old oil lamps-not made in the
USA) -- $120.00. Available mounted in some lights - 9051, 8241, 5851
SHIPPING
UPS where possible, otherwise freight collect by common carrier. F.O.B.
Epsom, NH, no allowance on freight.
PAYMENT
Full payment prior to shipment. Custom orders full with order; Add
for shipping and packing; varies by order. We accept check, money order, Visa and MasterCard. Do not send cash. Credit card orders are placed via
a secure server, however, we give you the option of placing your order
online and phoning your credit card number in
separately.
