LEAD TIMES
Most of our lighting products are made to order to your specifications in finish, glass, and bulb configurations. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.

GUARANTEE
The Copper House guarantees its products to be free of defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase; this warranty does not apply to any product that has been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, painted, or otherwise abused.

NON-STANDARD/CUSTOM
Quote on Request. Send details and number desired. Minimum for non-standard -- $30 additional.


RETURNS
No return without authorization. If size is not proper, lights may be exchanged for larger or smaller. Charge for shipping. Custom fixtures are non-refundable.

CLAIMS
We are not responsible for shipping damage. File your claim immediately with the carrier. Do not accept damaged cartons; no replacement made until settled with carrier if sent freight prepaid. GLASS IS NOT INSURABLE.


SHIPPING
UPS where possible, otherwise freight collect by common carrier. F.O.B. Epsom, NH, no allowance on freight.

CANADIAN ORDERS
We WILL ship to Canada, however some restrictions may apply; please call 1-800-281-9798 with any questions.

PAYMENT
Full payment prior to shipment. Custom orders full with order; Add for shipping and packing; varies by order. We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Do not send cash. Credit card orders are placed via a secure server, however, we give you the option of placing your order online and phoning your credit card number in separately.
